Job Description

Joining our Administration Support team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phones, redirecting calls and taking messages
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic
  • General office housekeeping including maintaining office and kitchen supplies
  • Ensuring meeting rooms, kitchen, and reception areas are kept clean
  • Arranging catering and happy hour requirements
  • Managing pool vehicle bookings
  • Assisting with travel requests
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider business as required

With previous experience in receptionist/administrative roles, you'll come to us with:

  • Intrinsic ability to use initiative to complete tasks proactively.
  • Strong work ethic, and the desire to work as part of a collaborative team
  • Previous experience with travel booking systems, managing calendars, office administration and coordinating tasks within a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Natural organisation and time management capabilities
  • Effective communication within a professional services corporate environment
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
