Job Description
About the opportunity
Joining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and employee-owned company. You’ll get to:
Attend site inspections
Manage quality assurance process
Reviewing progress claims and monitoring project financials
Learn and eventually managing contractual requirements and contract administration
Problem solving design issues during construction phase
Strengthen your communication skills through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils
Collaborate and learn from our Civil Design and Landscape Architecture Teams through the delivery of our projects
About you

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, obtained within the last two years
An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities
Ability to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communication
Previous experience in design, construction or consultancy in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded.
