About the opportunity
Joining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company. You’ll get to:
Assist with technical drawings of subdivisional road, drainage and water/sewer network designs
Carry out design calculations whilst working to project timelines and budget
Manage project administration such as scheduling, estimating, and report preparation
Problem solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients
Strengthen your communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, obtained within the last two years (or working towards)
A curious and proactive nature; ability to challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvement
An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities
Ability to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communication
Previous experience in design, construction or consultancy in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded.
