About this opportunity – Graduate Surveying & Spatial

Joining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a growing, dynamic and privately-owned company.

With our experienced and technically diverse team of surveyors, we provide tailored surveying and spatial solutions across all phases of the project lifecycle.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Liaise with contractors, clients, landowners, local authorities and both internal and external stakeholders
  • Operate and set up surveying equipment
  • Carryout routing maintenance and adjustments
  • Supporting project surveyors with setouts and subdivision surveying
  • Assist with small- and large-scale feature surveys
  • Coordinate survey control networks
  • Gain an introduction and hands-on experience with laser scanning and UAV/drone technology

It involves the planning, design and delivery of essential infrastructure such as roads, drainage, utilities and public spaces, while balancing environmental, regulatory and community considerations.

Overview of process:

  • Positions will be advertising until Sunday 29th March 2026.
  • Group assessment centres and interviews are scheduled for May 2026.
  • If you have been shortlisted to attend an assessment centre, you will be notified via email in April/May 2026.
