About this opportunity – Graduate Civil Engineer (Canberra)
Joining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a growing,
dynamic and privately-owned company.
You’ll be joining our Canberra office - a close-knit group of professionals who blend deep technical knowledge with creative thinking. In Canberra we have multiple disciplines working together, such as: Civil engineering, landscape architecture, construction consultancy, surveying and water engineering. Opportunities for graduates and emerging leaders to step up early and take ownership of meaningful work.
As a Graduate, you’ll get to:
- Assist with technical drawings of subdivisional road, drainage and water/sewer network designs
- Carry out design calculations whilst working to project timelines and budget
- Manage project administration such as scheduling, estimating, and report preparation
- Problem solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients
- Strengthen your communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils
What is Land Development?
Land development is about transforming raw or underutilised land into vibrant, functional communities where people can live, work and connect. It involves the planning, design and delivery of essential infrastructure such as roads, drainage, utilities and public spaces, while balancing environmental, regulatory and community considerations.
