About The Opportunity
You’ll be working with all Spiire disciplines to bring to life complex land developments, engineering projects and master planned communities from planning, design to construction phases. This role will see you:
- Being the primary point of contact for the client through the lifecycle of the project, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managed.
- Taking overall responsibility for design delivery including resource management of designers and coordination of other disciplines, both internal and external to Spiire.
- Preparing tender and contract documentation.
- Collaborating in the design approval process.
- Managing invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issues.
About You
You are a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering land development projects and associated infrastructure. You thrive in an environment that provides you with a breadth of responsibility and role diversity. You will come to us with:
- A Civil, Environmental or Construction engineering degree and the ability to become a registered engineer
- Experience in civil /water engineering, construction & contracts administration
- A proven ability to use your communication skills effectively to achieve anticipated outcomes, whilst maintaining positive working relationships
- Excellent administrative skills, driving accuracy and process improvement
- A passion for teamwork and collaboration, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to projects
- A desire to become Chartered will be highly regarded
